Carmel River mouth AREA LIST
This list is compiled from all published literature, North America
Birds files going back in the 1950s, the Monterey Peninsula Rare Bird
Alert files back to the early 1980s, and the field notes of Bill Hill,
Craig Hohenberger, and myself. I have also checked a portion of Laidlaw
William's field notes on file at Hasting NHR. Additions to this list are
welcome, but I do need a specific date and a specific observer to enter
those data into the county database, and details may be necessary for rarities.
